Store Policies

What’s your return policy?

Our store does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. We highly advise customers to carefully review their orders before purchase. All sales are final and cannot be returned.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted and purchased. To ensure our products are prepared, packaged, and shipped to our customers as quickly as possible, orders are immediately sent to production after they are submitted by the customer. Hence, once you submit and pay for your order, it cannot be modified or canceled. We highly encourage all customers to carefully review their order before purchase.

Shipping & Tracking

When will I receive my package?

The average production time is 1-3 days and the average shipping time is 3-5 days, so you can expect to receive your package within 4-8 business days of submitting your order.

How can I track my order?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once we ship your package, you will receive another email with the tracking number which you can use to track your package.

You can also track your order through your customer account. To do this, navigate to the top, right of the screen on our website. Click on the customer icon (next to the cart icon) and login using your email.

Once you're inside your account, click on the "Orders" tab, where you will find all your past orders. Click on the order you want to track. There, you will find all the order details and tracking updates.

You can also track your package using the "Shop" app by clicking the "Download Shop to track package" button.

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

Most orders arrive within 4-8 business days. However, it may take longer to receive your package depending on your location. If 14 days have passed since you placed your order and have not yet received it, please reach out to us through the “Contact” page on our website. Be sure to include your name and order number, and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If the product arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving your package using the “Contact” page on our website. Include pictures of the product showing the damage or defect and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
